# Spark for Publishers

Use your own SSP seats through Spark while keeping your existing SSP relationships.

Spark for Publishers (S4P) is included in both **Monetization Manager ONE** and **Monetization Manager NODE**.

While Spark Demand provides demand operated through Pubstack, Spark for Publishers connects Spark's optimization layer to the SSP seats you already use.

### How it works

You declare your SSP seat IDs in Monetization Manager.

Pubstack then creates and maintains the mapping required to connect your seat to Spark.

The setup follows three main steps:

1. **Discover** a compatible bidder in the Catalog.
2. **Create the seat** and provide the required SSP identifiers.
3. **Configure its delivery scope** across your inventory.

Once the mapping is ready, the seat can participate as a server-side bidder and its activity becomes available in the server-side analytics.

### How to set up

Go to the documentation [here](/spark/spark-for-publishers/how-to-activate-a-bidder-with-spark-for-publishers.md)

{% hint style="info" %}
**Pubstack Bid Adapter required.** If the adapter is not yet integrated on your website, see [Integrate Spark for Publishers](/getting-started/getting-started/integrate-spark-for-publishers.md) first.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.pubstack.io/spark/spark-for-publishers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
